So my question is what does Hatton bring too the table that these guys dont? i actually think hatton had a better chance at beating mayweather a couple of years before mayweather filled out.
      Agree man! Good point!

        Does Hatton have any weaknesses?
He gets hit too much, he marks up easily, he has a tendency to forget his gameplan during the rounds (but Billy Graham does a stellar job of putting him back on track in between), and his biggest weakness is that he's prone to looking past fighters. His biggest weakness isn't going to be a factor in his biggest fight to date, so he has those others to worry about. But he won't get hit as much as Baldomir did, he's got more of a chin to be able to survive the punches he does take than Judah does and when Hatton is up against it his default mode is to take it into the trenches, and this will be his biggest asset against Mayweather.

Where the other guys' weaknesses are lie Hatton's strengths.
To Be fair though the other guys strengths are Hatton weakenesses.

De La Hoya can block a straight right hand,

            Baldomir has a better chin.

Judah is faster and has better footwork

And all three have been in with better guys than Hatton.

Hatton is one of the hardest fights for Mayweather out there.

He is a pressure fighter who throws a ton of punches, which is the nightmare of boxers.

He has fast hands and speed, which are the only thing that ever gave Floyd some puzzles (Judah, De La Hoya).

He is very well conditioned, in the past Floyd could often count on his opponents not keeping the pace in the championship rounds or even earlier.

I watched Mayweather - Jesus Chavez couple years ago, and Chavez was as close to Hatton as anyone Floyd faced; dude just kept coming forward, all Floyd did was punch him back and wear him down. That's what's gonna happen to Ricky.

Floyd will hit and run and Ricky will hit and hold. I dont give a **** who wins this fight because I dont like either fighter, but Floyd will probably win. I'll be to busy on the Cotto-Mosely fight.
