RJ has been making me mad about this fight. He's talking all this **** when he's fighting a guy who's basically been retired forever, has got his ass kicked in 2 of his last 3 fights, never looked good past 154, and who he's 10x bigger then. Then after RJ wins he will be talking mad **** like he did something. Fight someone your own size. He should be fighting Hopkins, Calzaghe, Dawson, or trying to get a rematch with Tarver since he feels that he's so back. Atleast rematch Glen Johnson like you said. Dont fight a guy like Tito and then talk **** like everyone is going to give you so much credit if you win

          i agree with you.

RJJ should fight Calzaghe and talk this trash...not someone like tito.

they should have let tito be.

enjoyed Mayweather vs. De La Hoya...
so did i. personally i think it was a great fight and i was on the edge of my seat the whole 12 rounds...it was good...for a boxing fan...not the casual sports fan...i didnt expect a slugfest...but rather a fight using smarts and thats what it was...and it was close too...(hence the split decision)

Well actually, RJJ was gunning for Calzaghe prior to Hanshaw. Was willing to do 40-60. Calzaghe ignored him - can't say I blame him but it's not as if Jones didn't try.

And I don't understand why everyone is mad at him for making this fight - before it was: Jones is shot, washed up. Now it's, Roy's picking on a smaller guy. Sure.

This fight will be more interesting than people think. Roy doesn't have it in the legs anymore and will not box circles around Trinidad like people think he will. In the last 4 years I'd say he's lost about 70% of the mobility and leg work he used to have. These days he just lays on the ropes and uncharacteristically tries to fight back his opponent's onslaughts with close quarters shots. This will definitely make the fight interesting as I don't care how much bigger you are.....a guy like Tito, no matter how old he is will HURT YOU if he lays a glove on you. So yeah, i'll be watching. And I'd wager anything that this fight will be more exciting than DLH-Floyd and that ****fest of a boxing match Bore-nard Slopkins and Stinky Wright.

I think Roy has been playing Fight Night 2004 a little too much, That's exactly how you win a game, laying back and countering. If he does that against Tito, he'll be done. Tito will break him down on the ropes
