    Oscar De La Hoya-Floyd Mayweather

Who do you think would have won if these two would have fought? This fight could have happened, Floyd wanted it bad. I think it would be a scorecard finale, Floyd is slick enough not to get knocked out. Floyd hasn't got the power to stop Oscar but Oscar has the power to seriously hurt Floyd. It would have been very interesting to see. I cannot decide who would win this fight because at the lower weights these are both kings.

It would have been a good fight but I think Oscar would of been too big and too strong for Mayweather at any weight. Oscar was going to grow into a welterweight when he was fighting at junior lightweight and he is still strong enough to hang with the junior middleweights. Floyd's best weight would of been at 135 at 140 he is going to get by with his skills rather than try to trade with the bigger stronger fighters. He shouldn't go after the welterweights.

Do you think Oscar would have stopped Floyd? I think he would have but Floyd is so unpredictable although we have seen what a size and weight advantage does. You can only advance so far i suppose.

No I don't think he would of stopped him. Oscar would defintely hit him enough to make Mayweather respect him enough to get the decision.

Who do you think will beat Mayweather out of the welterweights? Is there a step too far for him in this division?

Imagine Oscar De La Hoya vs. Floyd Mayweather is happening. Floyd Mayweather Sr. screaming in Oscar's corner "You can beat this son of a *****, knock the mother****er out"

I could see Spinks beating him and even Judah not by much though. Margarito would stand a good chance also. I know he wants to prove himself but he should just stay at 140. There is more than enough fighters at 140 that he can take on. I think he has trouble with Mitchell and Tszyu and with a few more fights with some movers Cotto will give him a tough fight. I can see Mayweather beating all three but I can also see all three beating Mayweather.

He is pushing the boat out so to speak in this division. All the fights are unpredictable really, i agree we wouldn't be shocked if any of them did beat him. Demarcus Corley had the power to stun him so the likes of Judah and Cotto could seriously hurt him. I think Spinks will be the best fight for Floyd now, it would be Floyds best test but i would back Floyd in that fight to be honest. Spinks tends to slow down later on in fights, he left his guard open against Zab Judah and got floored. I think Floyd could beat him but only because of Spinks lack of power.

Floyd Mayweathers dad probably would say that. Alot of people question his training ability, i want to know why he kept resting Oscars arms on his shoulders? I haven't seen that before.
