as stated previously (in a few other posts) i like chavez jr.

BUT i dont think he should get special treatment because of his father's reputation.

i say you let him climb to the top the way all other fighters do.

i dont hate him or think he's bad...

i'd like to see him...when he gets more advanced...and faces more equal opponents.

i DO think ESPN's WNF and FNF should have him do main events. that would be more than okay with me...but undercard to PPV fights...no...not yet.

chavez isn't ready for anyone with some offense period... he needs to fight bums who come forward hard now or he will never be ready... not out of shape bums who are used taxi cab salesmen... mussua, Paul, mitchell, vince, the cuban lover, some fights like this would be good in 08. truth be told he isn't ready for much more than what they been giving him

The unfortunate thing about Chavez Jr is everybody loses. Even lb/lb king Roy Jones lost in the ammies. Thats what the amateurs are for, learning and losing. You can learn much from losses than you can from wins and sooner or later he is going to lose. He is going to lose and everybody will be giving him a lot of undeserving **** for it. And a loss in the record these days is pretty much a career breaker...
