i'm not english or german, but germany is my favorite team, and they play a smart game, they didn't play dirty against Argentina or Italy in the World Cup, and i don't think English players play dirty, I think their gamestyle is very beautiful, if anyone plays dirty, it's the italians hands down.

If you watch EPL over there..what kinda commentartors do you get...when i was over there..i was watching in a pub..and theyhad martin tyler..who does it over in the uk....but then when i was watching on fox sports?..maybe it was something else..they had some really rubbish american commentator..and sum 2 bit ex-pat brit

FOX picks up the English broadcasts for EPL, so we get the same commentary you get.

If they're doing a German or Italian game, they do their own.

ESPN does Champion's League with their own commentary team, oner Yank and one Limey. That's what I take it you're referring to at the end

its more about the brazilians,well latin players, and the french being better skilled players..then the germans and english not wanting to play attractive football...

...if u go far abck into history...its always been the same..with few exceptions..french have their galic flair...germans have always been workman-like...with a few superstars here n there....the latino's are more adept on the ball...more skillful....and their football leagues have been more techinal then the english or german leagues for a long time...and hence would breed certain types of players when playing for their national teams

But with the advent of television, and with all the south americans playing in europe, you would think the UK juniors would emulate who they saw as kids. Cafu, Romario, maradona, etc.

Somewhat, but he is aggressive and sometimes that is good, and the thing i love about him is that he runs like a machine. but i don't think the rest of the team is has a dirty style.

its one thing trying to emulate someone..its another actualy doing it!...but as far as the EPL is concerned..i believe 60% of the players to startthis season will be non english players...the place is flooded with the ebst talent from around the world..which makes it harder for the young english talent to flourish...but even so...the english have some top players...well ok 2 as far as i can see..i think gerrard could get inot the brazilian side...i think rooney could possibly...thats about it really..

lo..i would say rooney is just as talented as ronaldo...but ronaldo is more pleasing to the eye to watch....rooney doesnt dribble like ronaldo...but then again ronaldo isnt that subtle infront of the goal..whereas roney is..and i havnt seen ronaldo volley a shot in from 30 yards before..but ive seen rooney do it a few times....

its like 2 equally talented boxers...but one just happens to look better when he boxes...but they both create n score alot of goals...both very effective..this season will be interesting..with Tevez in the mix

no i havnt...sounds difficult!....and yeh i can imagine...but i have seen Man U jerseys in brasil...just on the tv..havnt visited the place(would like too!)...but yes..generally because of the poor technique of the players....there are not many english players that would get into other teams national sides..like i said Gerrard and Rooney..and thats about it...but i could probably pick 5/6 brasilians,or 3/4 argintinians...or spanish n so on...that would walk into most national sides.

Then again...they have a poor National side..but probably the most entertaining domestic league....its very rare to have the best in both...infact im struggling to think of a natoinal side..who had the best domestic league..either entertainment wise..or tenchinally..aswell as having the best national side in the world
