Showtime and ESPN show better quailtiy of how the fight going one including some demostration which HBO lacks.

HBO is more entertaining with commetator and give you some more detial of personal stroy about the boxer. but i like the guest commetator Lennox,Roy and Steward giving good advice in some part of the fight but not as good as Showtime and ESPN

              HBO.

It has the most good fights and the best announcers IMO.

Showtime has very good fights but less in quantity. And their announcers are a bit boring.

ESPN has too many fights like they had last night. Prospects fighting bums. That being said, it is a weekly (or bi-weekly) program and they can't be expected to have a great card every time. Their announcers are good for the most part, but Teddy Atlas' tends to find one observation and repeat for an entire fight.

More than anything I like HBOs "Countdowns" to the big fights. Does showtime do that for boxing? I think ive seen one for their MMA Shamrock fight but not for boxing.

                  HBO:
Lennox is an OKAY commentator. He talks from experience so I can deal with that, but he lost a lot of credibility when he praised Andre Dirrell. *vomits*

Larry Merchant usually is on point with what he is talking about. He provides good conversation for the rest of the panel and uses very good metaphors to prove a point.

Harold Lederman usually is on point, but there has been times where I'm like "ugh.....what?" lol

Jim Lampley is good, but sometimes biased.

                  Showtime:
They have great commentators that know what they want and see.
You can rely on them for accurate analysis.

                  ESPN:
Teddy Atlas and Joe Tessitore provide great commentary and Atlas' pre-fight analysis' ARE AMAZING, the guy def. knows what fighters need to do to win.

tough decision, but HBO is indeed more consistent with big fights...
