Why do People hate on Taylor

I was just wondering why do people hate Jermain Taylor so much? I mean he has his flaws like any other boxer but other than that whats wrong with him. So his last two fights weren't that great. So what? It seems like just because one opponent was tough and the other ran the whole damn time he sucks now. And people say that he barely beat Hopkins their first fight. Okay I can agree with that. But in the second fight he beat Hopkins more convincingly. But yet this guy sucks even though he beat one of the best middleweights out there twice. I don't get it. And the draw with Winky. That was Winky's fault. He should have jumped on Taylor when he had him but decided to bull****. So how is that Taylor's fault. Can I get some of you guys opinions on this.

I dont hate Him at All.. But I believe deep down inside he knows he is a Fraud.. He Knows he didnt beat Hopkins.. and THAT is why he has been fighting with NO heart.. And it shows.. And it is caused by feelings of second guessing.. Cause he KNOWS he lost... He is a decent human being.. and That sort of stuff has to weigh on Him Heavily..

Man, I STILL can't figure out where Spinks ran. I must be going brain dead because I clearly remember Spinks throwing the combos to Jermain.

Can someone provide the fight for me and give me the time frames in each round where Spinks "ran" ?

Okay I respect that. So you saying that he needs to fight with more heart? Did he not do that against Winky? Yeah Winky got hime on the ropes but in the middle Taylor was throwing nothing but power punches. Plus his eye was swollen shut but he still fought back. That seems like heart to me. Did you see the Ouma fight? He was nailing him with alot of good shots. Ouma was just tough as hell. And Spinks ran the whole time. Its hard to show heart in the fight when your opponent doesn't want to engage with you.

you dont win a rematch against benard hopkins with no heart...which he clearly did...

and he showed heart in the first fight after he was cut...

he fought winky with heart...winky just had a smart gameplan

So by landing only 85 total punches in 12 rounds I guess that means Spinks was engaging Taylor throughout that whole fight right? Yeah look at the numbers from that fight. Yeah yo boy ran the whole time. And yes you are brain dead.

Provide me the fight, and no I cannot find it. I do remember Spinks throwing combos. Whether compubox, a human run program, counted it or not is up to them. Taylor landing/throwing 4 punches each round is pathetic.

I don't care a whole lot about Jermain. To me he has a misterious way to fight whuch amazingly works out for him. Luck is a factor. Not exciting. I don't get people who say Mayweather is boring and don't look at Jermain Taylor. Come on!

I think its cuz he was so dominate as a prospect that people are mad he didnt turn out to be the new terror of the mids they all expected.

Soon as he started fighting good guys he looked like ass. Many questionable wins...like 5 in a row. His stock is in the red...fighting non PPV's. He gets KO'd by Pavlik and hes on WNF...maybe Spike or Vs too.
