You only need three judges for a fight, right?

Well just have the commission that's got authority over the fight to get a pool of judges, say eight or ten of them, and tell them all to make themselves available for the night of the fight. Then randomly select three, lottery style perhaps, or straw drawing or whatever, IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FIGHT, so that way, no one'll know who to bribe and by the time the judges are chosen, i.e. moments before the fight, no one'll be able to approach a judge without alerting su****ion.
