I bet all my points that if you shot Baldi right in the chin hes still keep coming.

I used to spar this guy who beat Joey Gamache in the ams and he got shot in the face [or neck cuz you can see a hole scar on his neck] in the projects...bounced off his teeth and came out the other side...he still chased the guy.

Imagine how I felt looking @ him across the ring in my 1st sparring session? You can see the hole scars.

Hang on. Ricky Hatton put on weight to come in as a fully-fledged Welterweight against Collazo, and, as we all know, you can absorb a punch better when your frame is heftier. Collazo rocked him and, let's be honest, if Ricky hadn't chose to hold on there was a distinct possibility he could've been knocked out.

So he'll go down to around Light-Welter when he enters the ring against Floyd...who, for my money, can punch harder than can Collazo.

Does anyone else see a perilous eventuality maybe emerging here? Obviously you are more adept at slipping and dodging punches when you are lighter and consequently quicker, but Hatton eats a boatload of punches to walk in, even at the lighter weight...

I agree with you on that one.

WRONG...anotherlie via UK media hypers. That article says he his as hard as Marciano. I made ill posts when this article hit bout it.

"Engineers used alternative data and looked at previous studies to prove that Hatton hit the target with an instantaneous force of 400kg (882lb) - approaching half a US ton."

Marcianos Suzy-Q hit 850...UK is saying a 50+/lb smaller Hatton hits as hard as Rocky Marciano? Get real and wake up.

Funny...I love watching stuff about Hooligans in the UK and they all **** on 'Journo's" for being liars. Funny right? Hooligans being from teh UK say that...how come boxing fans from teh UK cant see the light?

This might actually turn out to be a great idea for Hatton. Smaller and lighter frame, he'll be able to turn and cut quicker. lol I still dont think he'll win, but I think this is a smart idea that will better his chances.

Baldomir AKA Human Concrete is a freak of nature...u can hit him with everything and he'll still take the punch...and we all know oscar could take a mean punch too....Floyd Mayweather is absolutely stronger then Ricky and it will show Dec. 8. Floyd trains all year round unlike alot of these boxers who sit on there ass and put on 20 lbs....i bet floyd weight about 154 rite now
if he does hit ricky hard hopefully he doenst cry about his hands hurting and have the fight stopped.

Just as the outcome of his last fight proved against de la hoya, pbf will again show & prove that weight will not be a factor. The fact that hatton doesnt intend to go up to the welterweight limit may help him psychologically to some degree. However, the fact still remains that he doesnt have the skill set to beat mayweather. Hatton fights the same style every fight and rarely makes adjustments b/c that's all he knows how to do is fight in that pressure style. That style only works if you can somehow impede upon your opponent's will and proceed to break them down physically the way he did against kosta. That approach wont work against mayweather b/c not only is probably the most knowledgeable fighter today (w/ the exception of b-hop) but he's definitely one of the best (if not the best) conditioned athletes in sports today. Boxing is a brutal sport that commands the utmost in physical conditioning. Has anybody seen pbf the least bit winded regardless as to who he was facing?? (not even). Hatton is gonna get picked apart in route to either a unanimous decision or a late stoppage if he only plans to follow him around the ring and ocassionally throw flurries (which for the most part wont land w/ regularity) when floyd is against the ropes. He's gonna have to employ some degree of sound boxing ablity (i.e knowing how to effectively cut off the ring & know when to box and not just brawl). Fighters have been trying that pressure style since Castillo had a lil success w/ it years back and mayweather is still undefeated. I look forward to a very entertaining fight; however, I dont see hatton being able to just pressure floyd en route to a victory. We all know he cant outbox pbf and he wont be knocking out mayweather w/ any body punches (ala castillo who by the way had to be only half of what he was when he faced mayweather after the battles w/ corrales and the constant struggles to make weight over the years)

thats why floyd doesn't drink, and balloon up for fights, hatton's conditioning is not better then floyds and when floyd starts jabbing him to the pit of his stomach we will see hatton fold.
