Yep, Dundee rescued Ali by cutting the glove then replacing it after he was knocked silly by 'Enery Cooper.

Which means score one for you gentlman, and a half point for me.

I needed the earlier rounds comment to stir my mem chip.

Squealpiggy deserves credit for catching/logging that.

Even Teddy Atlas let it slip when he was talking about Dundee live.

I really don't think he was that shakey. To be honest with you. He just looked frustrated an dissapointed that he let a lesser fighter knock him down. If you're shakey, you don't dominate the majority of EVERY round in that fight, including the round you got downed in. In my personal opinion, anyway.

Its really getting bit too much. Why is everyone looking for this mass conspiracy everywhere. Berto had a tear in the thumb portion of his glove earlier in the fight. About 2-3 rounds previous to the KD.

Now to replace the glove someone from Berto's corner would have to go back and get a new glove. 2-3 rounds doesn't sound like an illogical amount of time for this.

If we are to believe in this conspiracy theory then that would infer that Berto's corner thought he would be KD 2-3 rounds before he was. If you think about it logically you can see it makes no sense.

I dont know weather they cut it intentionally or not but Ill take a different angle then you drone and say Berto was much more shaken up then alot of people think.

He got caught with a perfect shot he never saw coming, he tried to act like it was just a flash knockdown but he had a tough time trying to pull off that act because he was seriously buzzed.

LOL, if you believe that his glove was damaged and needed to be fixed right after a knockdown good for you. It's pretty clear they didn't want him to go out on shaky legs, cause that would ruin his already damaged reputation.

Well, I guess we'll never know. Either way, I think it was a good performance, and I think the glove thing is just a part of the sport.

Actually, we do know. It was a dundee style and Atlas acknowledged it and was saying to that old football coach (Forget his name because I hate football) about how 'When guys destined for the world level get hurt, they get opportunities that other fighters don't get' right after the corner ****ed with his glove. It was so obvious his corner was buying time for him, Berto was really hurt from that punch...I felt so bad for Rivera, he could've probably finished Berto had it not been for the interference of the corner...

After the bell which saved Berto's ass, Berto's corner took longer than a minute to get his ass off the ****ing stool...It was like a minute and 10 sec...It was so obvious.

Well.. until you have ACTUAL proof, I wouldn't go waving allegations around. Hunch is one thing. Feeling is another. What you seemingly see/believe is another thing, aswell. None of that, however, is proof. On top of that. Earlier in the fight, before being hurt, his glove was having a problem.
