I doubt that. Mayweather is never hitting ANYBODY as hard as he could. FMJ is a defensive fighter. That is his nature. Guys like him and Winky are always prepared to revert to a defensive posture. Secondly, mayweather never uses puncher's gloves. He uses those 'pillows'....with the notable exception of the ODLH fight where Oscar dictated the gloves.

Even if you watch PBF wailing away at Manfredy on the ropes, he is ready to jump back.

Here, look at Floyd's feet in rounds 5 & 6 where the damage got really bad. PBF's feet were rarely planted. He threw hard arm stuff, but didn't set his base.

If you think Floyd Mayweather is going to be able to potshot Hatton all night you are wrong. He's gotta dictate the pace and keep the fight in the centre of the ring. If he pot shots, Hatton with his good footwork is going to find him and shoeshine him. He is going to be stealing rounds because when Floyd is on the ropes he just likes to posture like James Toney and slip punches. He does not throw back and is 100% purely on the defensive.
