I disagree. I belive that Cotto is a much better body puncher than Hatton. And also Clottey has a good body work game that is overlooked. To say the best we've seen is a bit of a stretch.

floyd focuses on keeping his whole abdomen and around teh back muscles tight and strong where as others only bother with the front part of their stomach.

        Evening/Afternoon All.

Thanks to the Mods for allowing me onto the site.

I am going to L.V to watch this match, as i have followed RH's career from day dot. I have my reservations about this fight, as long as RH don't get caught, i feel his body shots will wear Mayweather down.

I cannot see this fight going past the 9th.

          Good shot = got hurt?

Mayweather landed the best shots of the night on May 5th. Good hard shots. But Delahoya wasn't hurt. Neither of them were.

Actually, the southpaws landed better, more surprising shots on FMJ (Zab, Chop, and even Sharmba). Can Hatton fight southpaw?

i agree with you 100% on that one!!

or he ate the shot, and smiled because it didnt hurt him, did ya think of that? or is it a rule whenever a fighter smiles at you it means you hurt him?? .....

              yet another senseless comment....

Put it this way if Hatton lands the same punch as he did against castillo it will put mayweather down for 10 no questions but i cant see him landing that punch anyway.

if you can catch the big girl sure he can be hurt to the body but he runs for 12 rounds if Hatton can cut the ring down he can smash up the guts of this big mouthed little bastard once and for all.

I disagree Castillo took those exact same shots earlier and it didn't bother him. Not saying that it wasn't a good shot but it looks like Castillo quit. All praise to Hatton though for that win.
