It has little to do with the fans in attendance. Its sponsors and PPV money. Having the fight at 2am is going to lose a lot of money, plus the money lost from sponsors and casinos is huge. You can't honestly believe the fans are the ones who supply most of the money for a fight like this? Are you that naive?

Why, because it generates revenue for the casino's. Thats why I made the second post about how much the casino's expected to make from the 20k out of towners that would stay in the casino's rooms, eat at the casino's restaurants and spend the money at the casino's tables, and slots.

Thats the reason why Vegas does it. Hatton is hugely popular and will draw thousands from the UK to Vegas. Same scenario and predictions as the other fight only difference is that they are bringing there money to Vegas casino's instead of Memphis casino's.
