At What Weight Should Mayweather-Hatton Happen?

There is no way this fight should be at 140. Hatton is much bigger then Floyd but he cant fight at 147? Floyd is not even a real WW yet but the problem is that this is most likely not Floyd's last fight and its not good for him to go back down to 140 and then try to come back up and fight a big WW. If he fights this fight at 140 and then his next back at 147 then that means in cosecutive fights he wouldve went from 147 to 154 to 140 back to 147. That is not good for him or anyone.

Hatton is bigger then Floyd anyway so if he feels better at 140 or 143 then he can still come in at that weight and probally still way more then Floyd on fight night. Floyd didnt belong at 154 at all but he fought Oscar there and won with no excuse. He also came in at 150 and lost weight before the fight so what is Hatton's excuse? He dont have to come in at 147 just like Floyd didnt at 154. Floyd has fought in 5 weight classes and Hatton cant fight in 2 even though he is much bigger then Floyd? Someone please explain that one to me

147 coz of the belt, there both not natural at the weight, may aswell go for the title at the weight

It doesn't matter. Hatton will lose at any weight between 140-147.

If Hatton really is a much better fighter at 140, then they should make this a welterweight fight and Hatton should just come in at 140...

I don't think it would or should matter much. Both are in or near their primes.. Catch weight is fine with me.. but 147 makes more sense.

i voted 147 only because I feel that is where PBF would be most comfortable, and Hatton should have to come to him just as Floyd had to go to Oscar...now with that being said I didnt think Floyd would go to 154 to fight Oscar in the first place...so I could see Floyd being his ****y self and going to Ricky's weight class and beating him silly...

wudnt it be better to have it at 140 then tha way whoever wins goes from a titlist at 147(hatton) and 140(mayweather) to the man of both divisions has both the 140 and 147 ring titles will be on the line
