I'm not saying Hatton has no chance.. I'm not even saying I'd be SOOO surprised if he won. I'm saying.. I'd put money on Mayweather.. just not my lifes savings.

What does Hatton really have over him? Even big fight experience and a better list of opponents goes to Mayweather.

The Collazo fight is the only one that matters? Don't be a tard.

He had about 6 weeks to prepare for the move up to 147 and he had never done it before, so they couldn't put on much extra muscle mass, he didn't know how he could fight against a 147/154 fighter...

Mayweather isn't that much bigger at all... on fight night i reckon they will be about the same but Hatton will be the stronger. Hatton is also very fast, his hand and foot speed are criminally underrated. Look at what Tszyu was trying to do... keep Hatton at range but he couldn't get Hatton off him... Hatton walked through his murderous right hands to get to Tszyu.

If Floyd wants to please the crowd I think he can. I doubt he's worried of Hatton's power. Hatton won't win rounds with that hugging.

He will by being aggressive and landing more punches.

Look guys, Castillo rocked Mayweather when they squared off both times. I had him winning the 1st fight. Hatton is much quicker and sharper then Castillo is. I think Castillo is craftier and has better boxing ability but Hatton is MUCH quicker on his feet and more athletic and on you like a damn freight train. I mean, watch the clip, this guy is constantly shifting his feet, keeping Tszyu off balance and hitting him with body shots. TO totally dismiss Hatton seems downright moronic in my book.

mayweather fights much differently than tszyu and is better skilled in all areas, so i doubt hatton will be able to do to him what he did to an aging tszyu.

Did you watch Mayweather - Castillo II? This fight is what Mayweather - Hatton will look like except a little more one sided because Mayweather has gotten better at what he does since then.

I did. It was still a close fight I had it 7 rounds to 4 with 1 even in favour of Mayweather. Mayweather was on the backfoot and kept it in the middle of the ring. Castillo was trying to get his way inside but he couldnt do so because Mayweather was quicker and saw more openings. Hatton would be on Mayweather so fast because of his footwork that Mayweather would be forced to fight..

Tszyu is the better offensive fighter then Mayweather. OR at least he was. Mayweather is great because he mixes great defense with a great offense and incredible conditioning. His conditioning is surpassed by only guys like Ricky Hatton, Juan Diaz, etc.

I mean people are forgetting how fast Hatton is. Hand and foot. Mayweather is fighting slow opponents lately which is why he looks great. I never thought i would see DLH looking so desperate to land a punch and resorting to slow, mauling shots like he did. We all know Ricky brings it.
