Rees wil get a piss-easy defence Wank Warren wont risk him he should be made to defend it against the mandatory challenger, how come it's only the heavy wieghts who go to court over mandatory defences not the lighter wieghts, it's not Rees's fault every other fighter cons the public so why not him, if the hatton fight comes along he should take it, getting beat of hatton wont be a backward step for him, his credibility will go up.

difficult to turn down a Unification fight for either fighter but the only reason why warren is spouting his ****e is that he really hates Hatton with a passion even though he has managed to get his finger tips back into Hatton’s future fights he still loathes him, Warren could'nt get Hatton the big fights but was still Warrens best cash cow.

Warren has completly lost his mind if he thinks Rees is a viable opponent for Hatton. Ricky though shouldn't even contemplate taking this fight for a second, if he does he will lose nearly all my respect. Ree's is a really poor world champion and will lose to the first half decent boxer he faces.

What a bunch of WANKERS!!!!! When will you all stop believing that Hatton is overrated and over hyped ? Which is the reason he literally ran back down to junior welterweight anyway. All of the top fighters are in that area and after receiving a decision against Collazo (Hatton may have actually won depending on how you judged the fight) he realized he could compete with the elite. I can name at least 5 fighters (Cotto,Margorito,Mayweather,Williams,Mosley......) That would kick his ass with ease. Hell I'm willing to bet that Mayorga would knock him the **** out. So why are you surprised that his people is trying to find him the easiest way out. Why do you think Floyd and De La Hoya are calling him out. He's another Gatti, an overrated fan favorite that people will pay millions to watch. Not to mention get his ass kicked. I'd love to see him fight any of top guys in welterweight. Hatton won't fight Rees although Warren the selfish promoter may want him to. I wouldn't mind seeing Hatton fight De La Hoya, Mayweather, Malignaggi, or Casamayor but fighting Rees would be a big step backwards.
