This is just another excuse for Calzaghe not to fight in America, 43 career fights and still no fights in America, pathetic!

Also lets not forget Calzaghe didn't sellout any stadiums in UK before the Lacy fight, he turned into a god after the Lacy fight and had 35000 British fans paying to see him against Manfredo, only in Europe!
America is where the most of the big fighters fight, but in the UK fights sell out and you actually have an atmosphere instead of just listening to them robotic American chants. Why would Joe want to leave when he can attract big fights in his own backyard for alot more money. Calzaghe is a bigger earner than Hopkins. Hopkins had he chance and asked for more money like he has done with Jones in the past.

I don't think that fight will ever happen Calzaghe wanted that fight a few years ago but has stated it would not interest him now because he has been KO'd by much lesser fighters than himself in Tarver and Johnson.

Calzaghe and his promoter have been calling out America's best (Jones Jr, Trinidad, Hopkins, Tarver, Johnson, Taylor, Wright) for 11 years. Yet no fight has been made yet! It doesn't add up

I know what u mean, but let be honest, the big fights are in america,

I really dont understand this Kessler fight hype, he is nowhere near as dangerous as lacy was, he is just a solid fighter with two alphabet belts, thats it, i live in london, and im really not bothered too much about this fight.

For all the **** talk about ticket sales, lets be honest

If Calzaghe kessler was on PPV, would you buy it?

            I wouldnt

Mayweather/Delahoya could've sold over 100,000 tickets if they wanted the fight in a stadium, American fights is all about the PPV's, not how many idiot comes to a stadium, that's not where the money is.

he is not a god. boxing isn't even that great a sport in the uk. unless you've been here then don't state **** that people think he's a god. dela hoya and mayweather would have sold 100k stadium, but i doubt it now. the fight was boring... anyway you've got south american and us people which is like 200 mil plus whatever. we have 50 mil and msot are into other sports. why would you want ppv? are you an idiot that likes to spend money lol.

I guess the limeys should shut up with their 60000 tickets if the fight is not even on PPV.

                      Thanks for the info!
