DLH is bigger than Hatton, with a significant reach advantage, but it's a better matchup for Ricky than Collazo was. DLH can be hurt by body punches, as in his fight with Hopkins, and there's no better body puncher in the 140 to 154 weight divisions than Ricky.
I don't care if people disagree with this but- despite Ricky's profficency at body shots at junior welterweight I would say Cotto has a better all around body attack. I stand by that.

Oh, and there is no way Ricky can hang with De la Hoya at 154. None. Look at the last few rounds of the Collazo fight. Ricky was hanging onto conciousness like a miser and his last pennny. He almost got put out. Now imagine Oscar's left hook. We're not talking about a guy who has amazing defensive prowess to protect him from the better boxer and bigger puncher of De la Hoya.

      Oscar KO 5.

just talking about this fight is ridiculous. like i said before, this will be no different than DLH/gatti.

oscar would rip ricky to pieces.

im a big DLH fan, but i may hand it out to ricky this time. the hunger and stamina would be a big factor.

Sadly the probably wouldn't, knowing Oscar, he would just stand there thinking about his game plan.

              Hatton's too small for Oscar...

              even his fans acknowledge it...

they say Hatton is small for the 147 lbs. Division, therefore getting in the ring with Dela Hoya is just suicide..

No way this fight is gonna be at 147... i just can't see Oscar making 147 now...

You guys are kidding, right? DLH doesn't have enough left in the tank to handle someone like Hatton.....

How does DLH not have enough left in the tank when he fought the P4P best in the world to a SPLIT decision some people actually thought he won the fight not many can say that after they fight Mayweather.

He was closer to defeating Mayweather than anyone else.

DLH will have no problem with Hatton.

dlh would punish hatton the whole fight and get a UD or a late TKO/KO

de la hoya has an amazing jab no way in my mind will hatton be able to avoid it (as long as oscar throws it ), oscars jab will cut hatton to peices. hatton does have amazing stamina but oscar has truely got the tools to neutralize the momentum of hatton. i go 4 late stoppage dlh in 10
