i was thinking the same thing.....hop landed the harder shots and cleaner hits early on and lederman kept giving winky the rounds....i was telling my boys that no way should this fight be that close heading into the 11 and 12th.....i saw hopkins frustrate and wear down winky and i agree with the 117-111 scores.....lederman really was off last night........he kept talkin about hopkins holdin but winky was right there grabbin too.......

Hopkins totally outclassed Wright, Wright made a bit of a comeback in round 7, but Hopkins won AT LEAST 4 of the first 6 rounds, Winky would charge forward, but he would miss every punch he threw. Hopkins had better D, dominated ring generalship, and landed more clean and effective punches. Lederman...you're an idiot.
everybody has to understand hbo hates hopkins.. and i think that hbo ruined the fight ... i should of turnded the sound down ... these are to of the best
p4p fighter in the world and i thought winky was unbeatable..and the 42 year hopkins found a way.. i thought hopkins dominated early too.. i was rooting for winky but hopkins had winky looking like **** in the first 3 rounds, by the end of the fight i apreciated hopkins .. the man is unbelievable... its hard enough to be champion at 42 but to fight the man who was #1 p4p in my book and beat him is ****in crazy

I thought he was spot on. I had Bhop winning round 1 and Wink winning 2-5. Its after that where I have problems w/Ledermans card.

It's sad to read this post. Just like the majority of the others posts in this forum... NO WAY Bernard outclassed Ron. After 4 round I scored the fight 2 - 2. My final card is 116 - 112 in the favor of Executioner in the extremely close battle.

The one point I agree is Harold. He made Tua the winner in the Ike fight on his card and it was one of his last correct cards.

I think Merchant and Stewart are the most straight up, call it like it is dudes in that crew. Lampley is the cheerleader, Lederman gets it close to right most of the time. I thought Winky won that fight.

I'm watching the fight for the 1st time and I believe hop should have won, not but huge margins though. Hopkins should have penalized for his. I have a even greater respect for Winky now because he put up a helluva fight at light-heavy. He fights very good on the inside.

Neither fighter looked good thats for sure. I had winky winning most of the earlier rounds, then he started to fad, and Hopkins showed that the shoe shine can still fool the judges. The scorecards where bull****. I could accept Hopkins by maybe one or two rounds.
