did you say boxer? hatton is not a boxer? hes a wrestler surprised you didnt notice that yet. you see in boxing holding is illegal but he's got a good career in wrestling no doubt about it. him vs hulk hogan would be a superfight.Comment

I have to apologize for some of the Hatton haters. You haven't met the worst one yet who calls himself "!! SiN". I'll explain something:
Hatton makes some people like Gunstar feel insecure, because they want the top boxers to be black and American. So they spend a lot of time discrediting not only Hatton, but other white British and European fighters as well. Sadly you'll find a lot of that here at boxingscene, and at other discussion websites like ESB...
Hatton has shaken up the world they are used to and so they try to convince themselves and the rest of the world that he's not the great little fighter that he really is. For example, Gunstar created a thread right after Hatton's 4th round KO of Castillo claiming that Castillo threw the fight! That's really pathetic isn't it...it must have taken a LOT of insecurity on Gunstar's part to do something like that.
The truth is: Ricky Hatton is a heck of a fighter, and he deserves respect and recognition for his wins over Tszyu, Collazo, Castillo, Urango, Maussa and all the others.
I believe that if Ricky is at his best, he will defeat Mayweather if they fight in November. Then Gunstar will create a thread here stating that Mayweather "threw the fight", and others will claim Mayweather is a "shot fighter" and so on! Hatton talks smack too but since it's with a proper British accent...it doesn't sound like trash talking...it sounds smart
PBF isn't that boring to me and other fans cuz if u are a fan of PBF it's funny watching him dominate opponents with handspeed and good footwork...it actually looks skillfull
