In a recent interview with Maxim Magazine, Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins had some strong words on a variety of topics. Hopkins held nothing back when giving his opinion on the UFC dethroning boxing as the most popular combat sport in the world. [details]

Larry Merchant is a punk ass, but I thought it was funny how he wasn't sure what to call Margarito after the fight, hesitating as he said the "old WBO Champion".

I'll never forget Larry and Bernard's microphone battles, which were always better than the fights that preceded them (Hakkar and Taylor I)

I think you mean "in there".... nearly all of the UFC guys couldn't hit a boxer clean, but if they can tackle them and lay on top of them and pound the prone fighter ( which is what I see when I watch UFC and similar ) then tackling is really the only skill.

And Bernard, yes Boxing will outlast the UFC. Just like Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, Muay Thai, etc.
