Oh what the hell...
I don't think poor Frazier and Norton would have a chance in hell against Wlad. It would most likely be a methodical massacre, not as abrupt as the Foreman matches but just as brutal. They were great fighters that gave post-comeback Ali hell, but they wouldn't be able to get around/walk through Wlad's jab nor would they be able to find him with their own punches. Boxing is always about match ups. Foreman would fare better if he could land anything as he could be slow and sloppy in those days, and would probably have trouble with Wlad's size and skill. I don't think Wlad could hit prime Ali, and would probably lose a lopsided decision. Prime Holyfield would be a tough fight for Wlad with his speedy counter punching and strong punch. ****ing Bowe wouldn't even fight Wlad, he'd dodge him like he dodged Lewis. The Tyson match up would be the most interesting, it would probably go like the Tucker fight though Wlad packs a harder punch and is way bigger than Tucker; Wlad could pull that one out I think though Tyson could tear his body up.Comment

Wald is very skilled,I'll state the obvious...but it's that chin, which is why I believe Foreman knocks him out.Ali slices him up...Frazier?...I don't know...good fight, but if he lands that left hook, lights out.
The chin is also why I would do not think he would fare well against many of the greats. The second teir guys, yeah he beats.
The young Tyson...lights out.Holyfeild, late KO by Holy...
Larry Holmes,Wald gets sliced and diced...
Just my opinion....Comment

It is my opinion that it is difficult and unfair to compare different boxers from different eras especially in the HW division. If you look at it historically the champs were MUCH smaller than today's champ and as a result I think that many of today's champs would fare quite well against many past HW champs. That being said although I think that Wlad is probably a favorite against most past HW greats (if they fought 10 times I give Wlad a good chance to win at least 6 against most) I by no means consider him to be one of or the GREATEST. It all is dependent on the era while head 2 head Wlad would often prevail guys like Marciano, Dempsey, Ali, Foreman etc. they never lost to the likes of Ross Puritty. So I guess my answer is Wlad would fare well but I'm not sure what the historical significance of that is.Comment

lol,,,I love how all the haters can only focus on wlads whopping 3 stoppage losses over 52 fights. he was young and didnt pace himself. 2 of those 3 losses were obvious flukes. the wlad of 2007 is a whole different beast. deal with itComment

maybe if someone has to deal with something, it's the fanboys that should deal with their boy being stopped THREE times.
How come that no lineal heavyeight champ got KOed three times in their 20s?
It must be a coincidence, right? and i have to deal with it, right?
