Uh NO! Mayweather couldn't even knock Gatti out or nor down had it not been for a cheap shot when Gatti was talking to the referee.

lol... there was no cheap shot gatti was to slow to stop and complain during a fight with mayweather... gatti should have waited till the end of the round cause he is to slow to get a break w/mayweather lol

There was never any question in my mind as to who would win (never even believed for a second that Andrade would catch Kessler with a lucky shot, Kessler's too complete for that), but I still enjoyed watching it. Kessler's manager is a ****, though, for not stepping up to more serious competition. I detest mismatches.
yea i agree with you, i know what you're talking about, he was in the fight but that's how people get hurt though, they're sober enough to take punishment but not strong enough to give it back, and kessler can really ****. i was very impressed with andrade's chin and yeah kessler needs to step up in competition already, it's getting sick, the supermiddle weight division kinda sucks since people like manfredo are getting title shots, competition might suck but it's still exciting IMO..

It was amazing how many consecutive punches he landed.

I'd say that the 6th round in the Mayweather-Gatti fight is probably one of the most brutal rounds without a fighter going down.

Tito-Mayorga's 5th round also comes to mind.
            The final round of Trinidad-Vargas.

When you think about the damage that Trinidad does, it is disheartening to think that Nando took those extra shots. I think that round changed Fernando's life. And body.

Nady should have stopped it after that second KD. It was already a 10-7 round. The fight was over.

You're right, that was a brutal round, but I was specifically talking about rounds where the fighter didn't go down.

Gatti's beatdown of Gamache was far more devastating than Floyd's beatdown of Gatti. And I also think that Baldomir hurt Gatti more than Floyd did. Gatti came back from the Floyd fight and looked very good against Daamgard, he came back from Baldomir and looked terrible against Alfonso Gomez.

Then I agree with the previous poster who said round six of PBF-PizzaBoy.

At one point, PBF landed a left hook and grabbed his face like "ouch". And watch the end of the round how Gatti staggers to his corner.

                  PBF really enjoyed that fight.

Buddy McGirt stopped it after six. What do you think round SEVEN would have looked like?

There may not have BEEN a Dam gaard fight. Seriously.

The difference b/w Gatti gamache and PBF /Gatti was that Gatti outweighed Gamache by 18 pounds. ...but PBF was much smaller than Gatti.

Gatti got thouroughly beat up and humiliated by a smaller man.

Its one of the worst ive ever seen, the combinations mayweather was hitting him with were unreal, he hit gatti with a 3/4punch body head combination with the same hand lol, i havent seen combination work like that in a long time, masterful boxing performance.
