when they announced the tentative date for a november fight i thought to myself would hatton have a tune up before then. i thought that it would be a good idea as well as a bad one. it would be good to stay fresh, i see nothing wrong with having a lot of fights in a year. but i am not for the risk of a high profile fight. now if hatton does have to fulfill his contractual agreement with The Douche Warren to prevent getting sued then he has to do it, plain and simple. it has nothing to do with running or hiding from floyd. floyd isnt going anywhere, he's retired (what a joke by the way), but he aint going nowhere. if the fight can be made and floyd stays retired while he is physically in his prime, then who is running or hiding????

i would avoid a fight with a high profile fight looming in the near future, just because of the risk of cuts, or a busted hand, rolled ankle, etc, anything that would prolong or keep the big fight from happening.

like old boy said, it's just speculation right now due to bull**** politics that The Douche Warren is trying to pull. i personally think The Douche is trying to pit Hatton into signing with him again so the The Douche doesn't look or feel like a douche......................IMHO................

Its not so much Warren trying anything, i thought part of the agreement for the lawsuit being dropped was that Hatton had to fight with Warren again, so it doesnt look like he has much choice.

But he must have known the case was gonna get settled when he fought castillo no? so i dont know why he's been calling people out.
