A few Weeks ago Lemon Chiff said something about Hatton's next fight being against M'Baye, this article was done last week, i dont think anyone picked up on it, it gives some insight into the out of court settlement, seems that ricky will be fighting with Frank Warren again, and it could be on ITV.

Its all speculation of course, nothing concrete.

RICKY HATTON could face the winner of the fight between Souleymane M’Baye and Gavin Rees before a big showdown with Floyd Mayweather.

Hatton sank Mexican Jose Luis Castillo last weekend to increase calls from fight fans for a Hatton-Mayweather clash.

American Mayweather, who announced his retirement last month after he out-pointed Oscar De La Hoya, has been offered £5million to fight Hatton in Britain.

But now a challenge for Frenchman M’Baye’s WBA light-welterweight crown has become a possibility after an out-of-court settlement between Hatton’s former promoter Frank Warren and his father and manager, Ray.

Warren says he will be meeting Hatton to discuss working on his future fights.

And that may lead to Hatton’s debut on terrestrial television and fighting back in his home city of Manchester.

M’Baye, who defends his title against Welshman Rees in Cardiff on July 21, is promoted by Warren and a clash against Hatton would be watched by millions on ITV.

Ray Hatton said they would consider Warren’s offer but expect a fight with Mayweather to happen only in the States.

He said: “Mayweather has said the Ricky fight is the only one he will come out of retirement for but I can’t see him coming over here for it.”

Is just speculation at this stage, Ray Hatton says an annoucement will be made in August, we will know more then,

But Lemonchiff did says a while back that Frank Warren would be doing ricky's next fight and it wouldn't be mayweather, lets see,

Last time we thought ricky was gonna defend his IBF against n'dou, but he dropped it for castillo.

We will have to wait until something more concrete comes up.

Oh and Easy the offer was 5 million pounds, which is about 10 million dollars.
