First of all, who is cheating whom? Is manny proven to have been cheating??

You can only ask such a question when there is proof in it, otherwise it's just mere conjecture on your part and therefore it is irrelevant.

If the media (who has all the access and resources to Pacquiao who is a public figure) could not even find any, even the slightest, evidence of this cheating you are talking about, who are you to say that he is indeed cheating?
