He has been saying Pacquiao is a one-dimensional fighter, Pacquiao cherry picks fighters, his fans say Pacquiao loves catchweights to his advantage, he fights "past-their-prime" fighters, etc....

You can only say it's unfair when there is a clear evidence of it. But if they are mere speculations, it's what we call "fear."
