It's called cashing out. Hatton handpicked opponents his entire career to get this one big cash out fight with either Mayweather or DLH...
Still renders the point of your thread utterly void. Particularly as people who claim that same from Mayweather will now have MORE ammunition suggesting so. What with Hatton not being a legitimate proven WW, fighting in PBF's backyard etc AND being...according to you guys...****e.
Umm, is this thread a joke? The guy is stepping in with Mayweather, the consensus #1 P4P fighter in the world. He wants to leave no doubt and no question that he is the best fighter out there, and win or lose, he gained my respect.

So, Henry Bruseles earned your respect?
I will give Ricky respect (a ton of it) if he makes the final bell. I will be extremely shocked if Ricky wins four rounds. My expectation is that this will look MUCH more like the Gatti fight than the Judah fight.
Thus far, RH hasn't earned my respect because he ducked the Mayweather fight for so long. His dad asked for "tuneups" every time the fight was offered. IF Ricky takes a beating, it will only validate what I have thought (and what I thought he FEARED) all along.
Lets not talk about facing the worst title holders
Gatti: Paper champ who was as shop worn as shop worn fighters come.
Baldomir: The worst WW title holder in the history of the sport
Oscar: Great champion of his day, but clearly past it. Floyd fought him 7-10 yrs past his prime
The reason is because he can't even beat an inanimate ****ing object, the ring post killed his leprechaun looking ass.
The guy is a flat out joke and overrated club fighter. There's a reason he picks and chooses the easiest fights throughout his career. It took him nearly 40 fights to step up to a good fighter and he still had to have every little factor in his favor for that fight to happen.
It's become a clear trend for Hatton to face the worst titleholder available whenever he fights a champion. He first chose to fight Maussa, a fighter so terrible that Maussa was beaten by a total journeyman in his very next fight.
Hatton then went up to 147 and chose the weakest beltholder there, Collazo. There were better beltholders like Margarito, Cintron, and Baldomir but Hatton chose the weakest of the 4. This was a good choice in hindsight as Hatton would have probably been knocked out cold by the other three seeing as Hatton couldn't handle light-hitting Collazo's power.
When Collazo sent Hatton back to 140, Hatton once again chose the weakest beltholder in Urango. Urango got a gift decision to win the title in an outright robbery of Ben Rabah and Urango had never beaten a name opponent in his 18-fight career.
Why does Hatton always go after the worst titleholders?
hatton has followed mayyweather's footsteps that's how he made it
