And to answer your other question, not one, mayweather is a bum.

Now, tell me this, how many mayweather opponents have been in the p4p in their career?
Doesn't matter how many have been, how many were at the time.. because De La Hoya was ranked p4p once apon a time doesn't mean much. Hatton @ least beat the 3rd ranked p4per at the time. Floyd fought Judah coming off a lose too, embarassed by a nobody. Yet Baldomir is supposed to be this great champion because he beat Zab and Arturo please.... Y'all need to come back to reality.. Funny how you critisize Hatton but have a double standard when it comes to Floyd..

Yawn, cant be bothered to talk about the so called mayweather hatton double standard, i dealt with that already in its own thread.

So it doesnt matter how many guys you fight that are p4p in their career, you have to fight them when they are p4p or it means nothing?

Okay, and as for the rest of your post, i seen that same post a million times, nothing new.

You dont like Mayweather fine by me,

Cotto fought a Zab judah coming off two losses and a No Contest and he becomes the man and that's his best win.

Mayweather beats Judah coming off a loss and he is ducking.

      Now thats double standards.

That is Cottos best win.. No one is saying he p4p 1 or the best is what you dont understand.. Floyd is in another league as of right now and for the league he is in he hasn't done much is what im saying. Cotto hasn't yet made it up there.. Eventually [soon] he will... And I'm not defending Hatton cus I don't think his **** is any better then Floyds im saying there pretty much at the same.. Anyway you Floyd is GOAT LOLZ PWN EVERYONE IN HISTORY fan boys are delusional which is why i'm not gonna bother.. keep telling yourself that Floyd has the best record ever.. Y'all like the crazy conspiracy theorist everyone laughs at.

I think you must have the wrong person.

Have i ever said floyd was the best ever?

          lol.

All im saying is, people diss floyd for beating zab, when cotto beat him coming off 2 losses, a one year suspension and a one round no contest, and yes people praise him.

          Its a valid point.

          Yawn.

A win over one top 3 P4P fighter does not make up for a career of fighting guys who are not even top 3 in their division...

Hatton then went up to 147 and chose the weakest beltholder there, Collazo. There were better beltholders like Margarito, Cintron, and Baldomir but Hatton chose the weakest of the 4. This was a good choice in hindsight as Hatton would have probably been knocked out cold by the other three seeing as Hatton couldn't handle light-hitting Collazo's power.

When Collazo sent Hatton back to 140, Hatton once again chose the weakest beltholder in Urango. Urango got a gift decision to win the title in an outright robbery of Ben Rabah and Urango had never beaten a name opponent in his 18-fight career.

Why does Hatton always go after the worst titleholders?

It's a disturbing trend. Most Champions today jockey into position fighting mostly inferior opposition while waiting for the payoff in the form of the big PPV matchup against the other Champion doing the same thing. Some fighters take it too far though. Jones,Hopkins Mayweather, and a few others got payed so well fighting hasbeens and never will be's that there was no incintive to risk fighting decent opposition. That said, I think Hatton is trying to make this fight with Mayweather happen. He will have to want it bad though. I see Floyd trying to purse snatch and **** Hatton where money is concerned.

I say Hatton should take it no matter what the bid. He can't lose. Mayweather wins? He solidifies his spot as p4p king. How does that belittle Hatton? If your gonna lose-p4p is the only guy forgivable to lose to. If he wins? He rakes in all the spoils that go with the title he should inherit! Either way, Hatton wins!!! If his handlers have any sense they see this!

Hatton and Mayweather's career are not even comparable even though Hatton has more fights...

Mayweather seems to me to be a fairly credible title-holder.

It's called cashing out. Hatton handpicked opponents his entire career to get this one big cash out fight with either Mayweather or DLH...
