And don't even compare Floyd's resume to the Winkys, Pacs, MABs, EMs, Holyfields, Toneys or DLHs of this world. They're not even the same ****ing sport.

I don't post often but I do read most of the threads, $in you have severe issues around Hatton and the UK, why?

Of all the boxers out there why Hatton? There are far worse fighters than him and there are more boxers out there who fight within their comfort zone.

Hatton to you may not be good to watch and to you he may have fought his best fights against fighters past their prime but at the very least he comes to fight and mix it up and unlike many other fighters he is prepared to fight outside of his country so why the hate?

He has been involved in 21 'World Title' fights and won them all, so he must have something.

I personally am not a huge Hatton fan even though we are from the same city and follow the same Football team and prefer the likes of Cotto but he is a great fighter no doubt so I think you must have issues for some reason outside of boxing with not only him but this country.

Hatton does hand picks!!! But in all fairness everyone hand picks their opponents now so this isnt so bad!!! Margarito said he will fight anyone anywhere anytime when he was talking bout floyd yet he didnt want to move up to 154 when winky was calling!!!

Bingo. Lots of fighters do it. You fight the best guys everytime for more than the last few fights of your career and sooner or later you WILL end up getting beaten by one of them you are usually superior to. Thats why so few of the fighters in the 'glory days' of boxing had less than 2 or 3 defeats on their resume.

That's exactly it. Likely Lad has come close to exposing $iN.

I bet anything $iN actually even knows Ricky Hatton

i think one can compare PBF's record with all of the above (and in some cases favorably), except DLH's and Holy's, which clearly belong to another planet.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

All of the guys listed have had multiple fights against true top echelon fighters, and they all boast at least 3 or 4 wins against these guys. I also give more weight to close defeats in this company than comfortable wins against guys clearly a rung or two below top level, which has pretty much been Floyd's stock in trade.

$in once started a topic saying "Why is Ricky Hatton scared to fight outside England?". The general trend is that Hatton stops doing what $in accuses him of.

EDIT it wasn't $in but it was the same sort of idea. These topics are boring.

Hatton then went up to 147 and chose the weakest beltholder there, Collazo. There were better beltholders like Margarito, Cintron, and Baldomir but Hatton chose the weakest of the 4. This was a good choice in hindsight as Hatton would have probably been knocked out cold by the other three seeing as Hatton couldn't handle light-hitting Collazo's power.

When Collazo sent Hatton back to 140, Hatton once again chose the weakest beltholder in Urango. Urango got a gift decision to win the title in an outright robbery of Ben Rabah and Urango had never beaten a name opponent in his 18-fight career.

Why does Hatton always go after the worst titleholders?
CUZ HES A ****TY TITLE HOLDER EVERYONE KNOWS THAT
