if he got his jab the fight is more toward him making it a 50/50 but Morales is an emotional fighter who loves to brawl

Morales sometimes have some termite in his head which he want to brawl unnecceraly with Mayweather power and counter it could finish him off.

e****ally getting hit alot in the body and head and then body head it would exhaust him and then make him less active at the later rounds say 11th or 12th or even 10th he is in survival mood
True that sparring is different, but Morales was excellent at cutting off the ring and a smart brawler with a lot of energy. Morales also had great skills, which should also be taken into considerations. No doubt Mayweather was faster, but I think a prime Morales would of given Mayweather hell at 130lbs.

Floyd by late stoppage, or comfortable/wide UD.

Floyd is the best Super Featherweight ever.

Perhaps Nelson could of gave Floyd some trouble, but I doubt he would of won. And Willie Pep was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too small to ever beat Floyd.

I am almost with you on this assessment, however lets not forget Arguello, Chavez and Saddler. And Nelson would have given him more than trouble. I think all of the above also would have given him a hell of a fight

              Mayweather by domination.

Even if Morales started boxing, he would be figured out in round 2 and start losing rounds. At that point his heart would make him go for broke, Mayweather keeps his cool as usual and starts landing counters. When he finds his range, Morales is already broken and eats more and more power punches until the ref steps in.

Arguello gets thoroughly outboxed along with Chavez.

And Saddler just wasn't big or strong enough (by today's standards) to rough house Floyd.

Morales would put up a fight, I think he holds his own.... does he win.... who knows maybe, maybe not.

Also to the people saying chavez gets thoroughly outboxed by mayweather...

Chavez was a beast at 130, and Castillo which is a poor mans chavez (Dont get me wrong castillo was still awesome) gave floyd all he could handle twice...

Chavez was was like Castillo, only technically better, smarter, and quicker.

There would be no thouroughly outboxing anything.

first let me say I would pick Mayweather to win all of the matchups.

                    BUT

Arguello gets thouroughly outboxed is nonsense. pure nonsense. Arguello puts on a fight, his aggression wins him rounds, his skills and focus keeps him in the fight all through it. Mayweather never faced a 130er like Arguello. Arguello had a monster right hand, was tough as nails, and an EXCELLENT boxer on top of that. Mayweather has to dig deep in this one. While I see his mental focus taking him in complete control of the fight against Nelson in the later rounds, Arguello would be a constant threat from the opening bell to the closing one.

                    Chavez:
Castillo gave Mayweather a lot of trouble, forget the first fight. Look at the second one. Floyd has to fight on the defensive (at 135!!), he has to stay focused on keeping Castillo outside and off his rhythm. A clear cut victory, but a sweated one for Floyd.

I hear a lot of people ranting about pressure being the key to beat floyd and how Castillo set the blueprint...bull****. Castillo set a blueprint which no one else can follow, because they dont have Castillo's skills, timing, accuracy, head movement, the best inside game in the sport and an incredible chin.

Here comes Chavez who does everything better that Castillo. Can Floyd pull a Whitaker on JCC? maybe but that was an absolute masterpiece by another all time great, with a different style. It is not obvious at all.

                      I forgot Saddler.

I would have loved to see Floyd-Casa to see how well Floyd dealt with that peculiar kind of "ring smarts".

EDIT: obviously I pick Floyd over Casa
