Its bad enough that he wants Floyd to come there but then he's only going to give him 10mil? I was the only guy on here upset when Hatton tried to give Harris chump change to come to England when Harris was the champ and Hatton hadnt done **** at the time. He was low balling the hell out of Harris but everyone tried to take Hatton's side. Harris knew that he shouldve been offered alot more money then that.

Now its happening to Floyd but it wont work. No way Floyd will do that. If Hatton wants that fight in England then he better come out his ass with money. I heard one person on here say that Hatton is going to have most of the fans anyway so why not just do it in Wembly where its a big stadium? I say that is a backwards statment. If Hatton is going to have most of the fans then why should Floyd give him the fight in England? It only makes sense to fight here if thats the case, that way its 50/50 as far as Hatton having the fans but Floyd has the fight here.

Lets be for real on who the real chump is. Lets switch roles. Lets say that Floyd was like Hatton and had a bunch of people taking long rides to see him fight. Do you not think Floyd would come to Wembley and fight Hatton if he knew that 95% of the fans would be for him? He would do that all day so why cant Hatton do it? Its not like Hatton is going to walk into a building where everyone is against him and its not like he's going to a place where there's less money to be made, right? If he fights Floyd in Vegas then he will still have a ton of fans and it will be like a home fight. It will also be a big money fight. Its not like Floyd has any advantage but if Floyd goes there then Hatton has the huge advantages.

Stop acting like this US/England thing is the same because its not. If Hatton comes to the US then he still has a ton of fans no matter what. If guys like Floyd, Hopkins, RJ, or whoever goes overseas then it will be a million people agains them and they will have no fans, just like Lacey & basically like Tszyu. Its not the same at all for Hatton. If he comes here then he still has basically a home fight. Thats not proving ****. He atleast could come here. If he doesnt then he's a chump and there's no 2 ways to cut it. You have to admit that Im right. Hatton will have more of the crowd, atleast have the fight in the US so it can be even. Then not only that but they have the nerve to offer him chump change to do it? Get real. If Hatton wants that and there's only 20 mil to be made then Floyd should get 15. Hatton takes 5 and has a great chance at winning. That would be fair and you know it. I think it will be more money then even that but if Hatton wants it like this then he has to give Floyd 75%. If he wins then he can make more money in his future fights. He would be a huge star. Its only right to give Floyd the big cake if they want that. If not then its dumb. It sounds like he either doesnt want the fight or he wants to make sure that he has a great chance of winning, which is basically like fighting floyd in his own home and when I say home, I mean his actual home. Thats what it would be like
    I agree
also I fear that if PBf won all rounds the'll give it to hatton. I seriously feel that way. Hatton wants PBF so PBf should call the shots. hbo vegas thats it. PERIOD

Hatton is playing the typical make an offer without wanting to fight offer. $10 million is a joke and fighting in England is even more ******. The guy does not want to fight and admitted it with that offer.

if mayweather plays hardball in the negotiations i would have to lean towards mayweather ducking hatton, because his rep and his pride are on the line, money, location, etc, shouldn't even be a factor if mayweather fights for pride and his integrity. but that's just me, i'm old school that way..............

the ball is in mayweather's court no matter what he say's, mayweather is the one that has been called out in public and in embarrassing fashion. no matter what mayweather says he's going to have to make it happen or he will look like a chump.................

if hatton plays hardball, the same goes with him. but as of right now hatton has made it clear that he wants to get the fight on.

i think the fight being over in the UK would be bigger than it would if it were to happen in the USA. no matter what anyone says Hatton is the bigger draw of the two. the only time mayweather has a big crowd is if he is fighting a MEXICAN, when ever mayweather fights any other type of fighter, there are just as many empty seats in the arena as there are ones that are filled, it's usually 50/50.

plus i don't remember people walking out of a hatton fight before the final round, like people did with mayweather-baldomir..............
I went ahead and bolded everything wrong with your statement.

When did Sugar Ray Leonard fight out of the country? Marvin Hagler? Muhammad Ali? Floyd's not going to England with all those Brits and get screwed by Hatton's fans. They should just do it in Vegas. What's wrong with that?
Leonard fought Duran in Montreal, Hagler fought Alan Minter in London, England and Fulgencio Obelmejias in Italy, Muhammad Ali fought Henry Cooper twice and Brian London once in England, he fought George Chuvalo in Toronto and in Vancouver, Karl Mildenberger in Germany, Jurgen Blin in Switzerland, Mac Foster in Japan, Alvin Lewis in Dublin Ireland, Rudi Lubbers in Indonesia, Joe Bugner in Malsaysia, Jean-Pierre Coopman in Peurto Rico, Richard Dunn in Germany and Trevor Berbick in the Ba*****.

Oh and I nearly forgot to mention some little known fights of his, you've probably never heard of his Rumble in the Jungle with George Foreman in Congo or this Thrilla in Manilla in the Philipines against Joe Frazier.

A Hatton-Mayweather fight would generate more revenue in the UK than the US. Much more. Especially given the worthless value of the $ to the £ these days.

For someone all about the money, I'm surprised Mayweather himself isn't demanding that this fight isn't held in London.

Oh, and to those who posted that the fight should be made in Vegas to ensure neutrality ... heh heh heh!

Floyd will pick the location and weight, why are we even discussing this issue? It sounds like pre conceived excuses for Hatton when he gets that a$$ whooped.
