I agree Cotto would be a good fight, a war, but as much as Floyd has fans a lot of people would like to see him get beat too! Hatton is the man that could do it...

eh, stil would rather the Cotto fight, but I see your point.

Ricky is strong, smothers people, hits brutally to the body, and is for the most part non-stop with good power.

Did you see how Oscar land some free shots on Floyd?
I know Oscar has some great power, more than Ricky, but Ricky is going to keep attacking all night. Give Ricky free shots and he will take advantage.


I think the way Floyd is fighting right now, if he can't go back to his old ways, Ricky has a good as a chance than ever, but if the old Mayweather shows up then I have to say it might be a long night for Ricky.

I always said Ricky would wait until he sees something decline in Mayweather and I think he may have.

I can't believe the arrogance when it comes to Mayweather. He's a top class boxer but he's not God and if he point blank refuses to come to the UK then he's a coward in my opinion because that's what Hatton would be called.

Floyds the bigger name,is a PPV fighter,has just come of the BIGGEST fight in boxing history,why shouldent he refuse ? As far as i can see it,Floyds calling the shots,he has offered Hatton a fight in the US,where Hatton has fought in his last 3 fights,now he wants it back in the UK? Why all of a sudden

Yeah, but to me this is wasting time, mayweather will say no, they know it, HBO can top that offer in the US with ease, Mayweather comeback fight after beating DLH? He will make more than $10 miilion i reckon.

****ing hell look at you all getting wound up over the first offer for the fight, this means they have started negotiating. $10m is a good starting offer it would be Mayweather's 2nd highest purse, Mayweather never had a fight outside the states, hes the P4P best, a ring is a ring, i would have more respect for him if he took the fight in the UK. The fight would most likely be in the U.S, i wouldn't be suprised if Mayweather says i want $12m and in Vegas. Remember its the FIRST offer, this means the Hatton's want the fight, now they will see what Mayweather wants. It's not a offer like take it or leave it. Fight would sell 70k+ in Wembley that's why they asked first if he would come to the UK. Jesus before Hatton got slated for staying in the UK, Mayweather never has for staying in the U.S.
