I doubt that a fight with Hatton would pull in 2 million buys but it would be easily worth half a million buys including the UK so it's good money for both fighters. Floyd has an option now: Make an offer for a fight in Vegas and expect purse parity or close to parity at least in the guarantee, or make a higher demand for fighting in the UK.

If they could fill Wembly stadium, I think Floyd would go. That's a huge international stage to be fighting on. Plus, 10 million is a good amount of money up front. As long as he got a cut of the PPV, I think it's a pretty good deal. He got 8 mil vs Baldomir, but they knew the PPV numbers would be ****, so he had to get a big cheque up front. I don't know if they'd actually be able to fill Wembly though. I'm not sure boxing is that popular anymore.
