You're just a bitter Scotsman, as much as I appreciate Buchanan, he was going to lose anyway.

Duran always claims Buchanan was his toughest fight wether that was really what he meant or wether he felt a little guilty afterwards, anyways Buchanan at lightweight was a great fighter

I agree with you on that one. Mayweather ever since he moved up to welterweight has not fought any tough ones. He fought Judah but he knew that Judah would fade in the later rounds. He picked a much slower Baldomir which did nothing for his credibility. If he gets in the ring with cotto he will lose. If a 34 year old Oscar can cut off the ring and get some body shots in, imagine what a young strong good stamina Cotto can do to him. But this fight will never happen given how Floyd is. Because of that he will never be considered an all time great to me.

Same with ODLH. I think the stamina problems are exacerbated by how hard it is to defend against PBF, though. I will give him credit for wearing ppl out until later rounds.

Thats the msartest post so far. to those of you that never saw Duran fight in his prime, he was an animal to say the least. I have never seen anybody with a more relentless style than Duran. He wouldn't let up, EVER. His head was in constant motion and he hit like someone 2 weightclasses heavier than what he was.

Duran at lightweight was a beast, I don't think anyone holds up against him. The only chance Mayweather would have is to fight a perfect fight and make sure he could take some huge shots from Duran like SRL did. Other than that he gets beat down.
