yes he will get oscar numbers. or he won't fight again. floyd will not fight mosley for less than 15 million guaranteed and 50% of the ppv revenue. Its up to HBO and golden boy to figure out how to get that done. everyone wants to see floyd lose and many think mosley is the man to do it.

Thats exactly what I was going to say. Making money is one thing, legacy is another. Floyd has plenty money but he doesn't have much of a legacy. A fighter is considered an all time great when he fights opponents that push hime to his limits. In his career he has fought fighters that couldn't do that. I mean thats not his fault that he is real good. The problem is that he avoided the fighters who would possibly give him a good fight. I'm talking about Cotto, Mosely, Hatton, and Margarito. If Floyd wants any type of legacy he needs to fight those individuals. If he admits that he has made plenty of money why hell not.

The Boxing business if ufcked up, fighters have no benefits, pension, health insurance, 401K, etc. they have no choice but to try to get as much money as they can while they can. Some will get more than others based based on their boxing skills. They would be ****** to not have learned from the mistakes of others. Fighters like Joe Louis, Sugar Ray Robinson, and even Ali who did not get retain a lot of money from fighting or ended up broke. Don't blame the fighters for looking for a big payday blame the corrupt system that is boxing.
