At times, he did run, but that's what you have to do to get out. The way he prevented Stevens from cutting off the ring, was BEAUTIFUL. When his escape route was outside of his lead hand, he would use the lead hook and escape so swiftly. Then, switch to conventional if needed, to put that escape route outside of that lead hand. Use the lead hook and use the momentum generated by the hook to escape, it's what you do in there vs a killer....Respect it..

He ran the whole fight though, that isn't a good way to win. If running is considered the sweet science then anyone can go in, jab and run. Why would Dirrell take this fight if he planned on running at all? Boxing matchmakers needs to do more strategic matchups. I hate all this 5 organization crap.

i thought looked prety good for a young fighter... he did what was the easiest way to win... hes knocked out more the half of his opponets but he should of tried to sneak in more power shots
