I'd say second to Castillo, even if someone disagrees. I think Castillo elects to fight on the inside, but he is a great pure boxer with fantastic movement, and gives great angles. I would love to see Paulie and Castillo go at it.

Theres way too many skilled boxers in the game to say for sure but i know for a fact Malignaggi is one of the top 10, hes gonna clean out the 140 pound division pretty easily in my opinion.

Wayyyy too many skilled boxers? Who? There are not enough. This kid was feinting, swaying, punching very accurately. I mean an excellent job.

A good performance against limited opposition doesn't make Malignaggi the best pure boxer. Let him string together wins against better fighters who can make an impact before saying he's the best boxer.

The best boxer in the world is someone like a Pernell Whitaker, Willie Pep, or Floyd Mayweather who can beat anyone and any style by moving defending and not being hit.

Paul does these things very well but has not proven just yet that he can beat anyone of any style on any given day with pure boxing.

He might be at the very tip top but being number one is is just a little much for right now .
