dont even know how to respond to this one, Paulie is a runner, runners arent top at anything let alone boxing, I will give you Paulie has a very crisp jab, but he has zip power and no willingness to land the knockout punch, he wants to move around the ring and win on points, fight fans want to see the big knockouts , not a 5 Mile relay race

The best boxer in the world is someone like a Pernell Whitaker, Willie Pep, or Floyd Mayweather who can beat anyone and any style by moving defending and not being hit.

Paul does these things very well but has not proven just yet that he can beat anyone of any style on any given day with pure boxing.

He might be at the very tip top but being number one is is just a little much for right now .
