Im not sure it would be wise for winky to drop down from 170-154, but winky wants big money fights which is why he is moving up to fight b-hop, de la hoya is the THE money fight in boxing, i think winky would do whatever it took to get a fight at 154 with oscar, especially seeing as he has a great chance of winning that fight.

Oscar saw Wink dominate Tito, dominate (largely) Shane twice, and win/lose/draw to taylor. I'm sure that Oscar knows that he can't beat WW. So it would be a surprise to me if ODLH ever gave him a fight.
