That had nothing to do with Margarito. Him and Arum weren't cool. That's why he says he'll never fight for Top Rank again. And $750,000 when your making in the millions each fight. Baldomir had the better resume than Margarito anyway.

Margarito has been in the welterweight division since 1996. you mean to tellm e all he could accomplish was beating andrew six head lewis and kermit cintron??? **** outta here with that. He beat the undisputed champ in that division and moved up to fight ODLH. if you was in his shoes, you would have done the same thing.
Yes, I can completely see why he decided to allow himself to contiue to be called a coward while passing up an easy 8 million. I can see how that would happen. I'm surprized he doesn't just start setting his money on fire, as it makes just as much sense.

P.S.: PBF did not make more fighting Baldy, and it doesn't matter anyway since he should've fought them both.

lol if its an easy 8 million man why argue the point? fact of the matter is mayweather is and always will be 10x the fighter that margarito is. margarito hasn't accomplished a fraction of what mayweather has. bottom line, mayweather is the best fighter of the generation. for the record, I don't hate margarito, i think he has been badly mismanaged. but isnt that what happens to at least half of the fighters today?

Because He'd have cleared out the weight division, that's why I argue the point. Because at the time, a large portion of legitimate boxing analysts felt that PBF would've lost. Shutting up critics is what great fighters do, and I'd hoped that the P4P best would be up to the task of also being a great fighter.

If him outclassing his opponent affects who he fights, than why bother fighting gatti OR baldomir? Why not just call out DLH for two years?

Back tomorrow for more comments, Peace all.

Prove that Floyd didn't make $8 mil fighting Baldomir.

Tony is the reason why Floyd cried on that podium after the Baldomir fight.
We know what time it is.
Tony would follow Floyd around and had Floyd hella paranoid.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I can't wait to see what you have to say when Cotto breaks Margarito's ribs and batters his face beyond recognition. As for Floyd, lets be serious. He just fought DLH, who would beat any of these guys you're talking about, so he's obviously not scared of stepping in with someone dangerous.

I don't remember many analyst predicting margarito beating mayweather.. who in there right mind would think that?? I mean he was still the favorite in fighting ODLH who is a bigger better fighter than margarito. he would be a heavy betting favorite in beating marg... and i would be making more money than i did when he fought ODLH.
