How do you know this? Floyd told you hes trying to trick Oscar into fighting him again or you made a survey and went around Floyds people what was Floyds plans. Floyd is a big time dissapointment right now

Floyd likes to move up in weight and accomplish beating fighters at higher weightclasses. By the time he got to 147 he was the best in the sport, and was not going to waste time on average guys like Margarito. Some fighters choose to clean out divisions(like Hopkins) while others like to move up and fight like Floyd, Oscar, etc.

Margarito is not a missed opportunity becuz Floyd made 8 mil fighting Baldomir. THE SAME AMOUNT.
I bet Floyd talked to you about this as well. He told you he likes to move up in weight and fight the not near elite average guys in higher division. that sounds like a great fighter

Tony is the reason why Floyd cried on that podium after the Baldomir fight.
We know what time it is.
Tony would follow Floyd around and had Floyd hella paranoid.

I think that sums that up.

Would you really want to see Hatton-Mayweather and watch Hatton get picked apart. That's probably why he asked for an outrageous amount of money at 140. Then he wanted to do it in England...

I think he was good enough to beat all of those guys.

If Floyd beat all those guys and never fought DLH or Judah. People would say his resume isn't all that.
Why waist your time trying to state the obvious to those who refuse to accept what he has accomplished? They'll appreciate him 5 years from now.

And while it's arguable, I'd imagine that in boxing history, Casamayor > corrales. The best should fight the best. Not the pretty good, but the VERY BEST.

He really should've fought Margarito that summer, THE VERY SECOND he was offered it. There's no excuse. "An easy win against a legit 147 champ? AND he's overhyped, and will make me look good? AND it will shut up some of those forum **** that hate me so? AND I GET 8 MILLION?! Where the hell do I sign!!??!?!"
People are under the assumption that Floyd made as much fighting Baldomir but that is not technically true. Mayweather spent $750,000 to buy out of his contract with Arum to avoid the Margarito fight.

More evidence that he should've gone ahead and beaten Margarito.

                  You want facts?

The FACT of the matter is that before PBF showed up, Judah vs Margarito was THE fight that was wanted at 147. The FACT is that Margarito was (and still may be, I haven't checked) the TOP 147 fighter aside from both judah and PBF. The FACT is that PBF was offered 8 Million to fight him, and the FACT is PBF opted to fight a weaker and worse fighter in Baldomir. The FACT is that it would've been very good for his career to go on and fight Margarito, and he missed out on a wonderful opportunity to silence his critics.

He fought Baldomir for the undisputed welterweight championship of the world.. what did margarito bring to the table? mayweather made more fighting baldomir then he would have fighting margarito. maybe if margarito would have manned up and found stiffer competition in his own weight division and would have been the undisputed champ, we wouldn't be discussing this right now. Margarito has been in the welterweight division since 1996. you mean to tellm e all he could accomplish was beating andrew six head lewis and kermit cintron??? **** outta here with that. He beat the undisputed champ in that division and moved up to fight ODLH. if you was in his shoes, you would have done the same thing.
