We know who Iceman Scully is, and several people here know who I am.
Ryan (Sensation) also believes there was foul play involved..
Soundtraveler is also someone who gets paid to work in this sport - as a pro.
The fact of the matter is - the few people of actual repute here on this forum think it may have been intentional.
Anyone who dismisses all of us - is a ****ing moron of amazing proportions.Originally posted by Alien_Tanks View PostDid it ever occur to you that just maybe Camp Cotto knew Judah would look for situations to take a dive anytime Cotto came close to the belt?
I know it.!
The second shot was deliberate.!
They figured if Judah was going to trick his way to a miguel cotto point deduction they might as well make it a real one. One that counts and hurts.
Camp Cotto beat Camp Judah at their own punk azz game.
Judah claims how hard he is on the streets. He runs around with a gang at the age of 30.
He got out street smarted and Judah must be saying to himself damn it. If I only would have taken a dive in the second round too, Cotto might have gotten disqualified and I would have saved myself from the beating I knew I was going to get from the robot.
Don't hate the player, hate the game.Originally posted by Addison View PostBy that statement Cotto is telling us something.
By apologizing to Zab for what he did as soon as he was planted in front of the microphone he's telling us something.
I can't see that clip - but I already know what it is.
What I saw was Zab fully covering his abdomen.
Cotto has about 45 minutes to change the trajectory on that punch, or not even throw it to begin with - but sure enough he nails Judah directly on the sweet spot.
I have changed the trajectory on a blow myself. A full speed blow.
On top of it all - I don't seen any goddamn "jumping."None.
The only man who made excuses and told lies that night was Miguel Cotto.

If you really want to get down to details there is enough video to support the fact that the first "low blow" was on the lower part of the belt. The second "low blow" was in the ***els 4 sure and also was low partly due to Judah throwing a right I believe which pushed Cottos head low. Now just for a minute lets pretend that there was no Judah punch that pushed down on Cotto's head, the punch probably would have been low anyway, but to assume, assume and infer that the Cotto camp's plan to victory included Low blow tactics doesnt exactly ooze confidence and ethics and should only be incinuated if a fighter has a track record of dirty tactics, Cotto does not and people on here adding support to this are way off base. Let it alone, it would be a footnote at best if Judah would have gotten the job done and Cotto had been on the wrong side of the beating. I am very disappointed with Asian Sensation and will now read (maybe) most of his articles with a shade of doubt for his impartiality to fighters he may like or dislike. Move along people.
The argument that Judah "pushed his head down" is ridiculous.
You can see just by watching - that is NOT what happened. That is lame, lame, lame. Just because Judah's arm happened to be there means squat.
There's not enough force and pressure for that to be the case..
NO WAY!
But I realize that's not the crux of your argument anyway, Freedom.
The overall argument that Cotto is not dirty is extremely flimsy, brotha.
He low blowed Corley and Torres according to some here - but I don't want to get into that..
Either way, I believe that is a called a "pattern of history."
Also, when you dismiss the first low blow and try to pin the "acting" thing on Judah - that is akin to blaming the Polish for starting war with Germany during WWII (which is what they claimed)..
If we're going to make accusations then we have to have motive - and Cotto is the man who had the motive when the first low blow occured. Why Judah would dive on the canvass and pretend to be hurt in the 1st round??.... Why Judah would dive on the canvass and pretend to be hurt while he has momentum in his favor is well... UNLIKELY to say the very least.
But honestly, I could care less.. Winning is winning as far as I'm concerned.
And Judah most definately did not win.
If Cotto cheated and he can't win at this level on equal terms; we will ALL find that out much sooner than later - so there's no reason to argue.

The point you make make about Judah's arm pushing Cotto down is perception so neither you nor I know the real affect of that but as you said not my point. Cotto did hit Corley on the belt which many refs call a legal shot and some dont and he went down from it, Torres was hit low maybe twice in their fight but the whole time Cotto was pursuing him like a mad dog, thst happens. There is no pattern other than Cotto comes after your body all night long and with bad intentions. The best way to deal with it is effective movement and a good hard jab or preparing to slug it out with him and landing in combinations enought to KO his ass before gets you. Its easy to say hard to do. Cotto is all class, his apology was intended as just that an apology for something that happens in boxing in almost every good match Ive seen. It was not an admission of yes I intended to hit Zab low to help my chances for victory. Taking my own advice,,,,,Could you believe that first wicked combo Judah landed on Cotto in round 1, the lighting quick and powerful left uppercut and the power left hook he landed both flush and clean and about the best shots Ive ever seen from Zab. I thought for a brief second there goes my points!
Yeah, those shots were pretty sweet.I was howling when I saw them. Too bad the rest of his game has more holes than swiss cheese.
You said it first and you said it best, brotha.
Zab Judah is a one handed fighter. You completely called it.
Your analysis was the stuff that I feel was the most accurate now that it's over.
