my gripe is when people cant see what really happened in the Hatton fight. I agree w/your above post. Tzsyu was hittable and had c h i nks. He wasnt the total package but showed signs of greatness. Thats all.

He unified the division and was ranked #2 p4p at the time hatton beat him, if thats not a great fighter i don't know what is, the guy is a legend. 20 World Title fights, 18 of them won, its when Kostya went against these guys, they were highly highly rated at the time, might not look so great now but they were at the time.
Keep overhyping Tsyzu. He was a very good fighter with just an average resume. His best win was Judah. His wins over Mitchell were good, but Mitchell was never that great of a fighter. The rest of his wins were against average fighters or guys who were past their prime (Chavez, Roger Mayweather)...

yar that was me. Tzsyu had to do what he could to survive. Hatton was waaay overboard w/the dirt and Ref Dave Parris is known for being on the take. Rewatch the fight and you'll see headbutts, elbows, forearms, holding & hitting, low blows.

I mean, what didnt Hatton do in that fight? Suplex? Boston Crab? DDT? Piledriver? Come on...
That was a rough fight but don't exaggerate, and don't overlook the fact that you couldn't pick out either man as the most guilty.
