Yes, I heard that too. You know, it could go either way, but I still have faith in Bute. Lucian is a heavy puncher, there is a chance he will KO Bika. Kessler is faster than Bute though, so Bika being used to that kind of speed in an opponent will be an advantage...it'll be a tough night for Bute.Last edited by Steelhammer86; 06-08-2007, 10:25 PM.Comment

bika is very tough, he throws one punch at a time though, hard punches, while bute throws combinations. bute is more technical and more active, he should decision bika, maybe even get a late TKO stoppage. if bute wins this, he'll have a much harder fight for the IBF belt against berrio. berrio has decent skills, but he's a swarmer and he's got a good punch that really overcomes the guys he fights as the rounds go onI agree, EliteSoldier...it will be a tough fight. Bute's not as technically skilled as Calzaghe (nobody is) but he punches harder. Calzaghe doesn't hit as hard since that hand injury he had a couple of years ago, so he didn't really hurt the hard-headed Bika. But I think Bute may win by stoppage.Comment

Someone voted for bika, so it's kind of ****ed up someone voted but didn't give their opinions why they voted that way.Comment

This is the pivotal fight of Lucian Bute's career. He will establish himself as a world class boxer if he wins, or probably be regarded as a notch below top level if he loses.Comment
