New Kimbo fight where he gets knocked down

Isnt the Mercer/Kimbo fight a straight boxing match?

I didnt think they were having the MMA rules or anything i thought it was a straight up boxing match..

mercer doesn't have to be in the same shape he was against morrison to beat kimbo, being in the shape he was when he lost to briggs is more than sufficient...at lest he went 7 rounds.

In the kickboxing he looked in terrible shape dont know how hes looking in training for Slice though.

I think Kimbo will beat Mercer, He will just rush him and not allow Mercer to get off his punches, then he'll GNP him into the floor.

Kimbo has openly stated that he want the street credit and wants to **** w/Ray and K him out.

The only advantage he has against Mercer is age. IS that enough? Not a chance...

If I was in Chico's place It woulda been a brutal TKO against Kimbo. Dude is a bum.

only a lucky punch is going to get kimbo a win. even an old mercer has better stamina and better technique..............

kimbo seems to be looking worse and worse in each new fight i see him in. plus mercer has muscle memory of using gloves which in turn will make his hand speed faster because he's used to the weight of the glove on his hands.

like i said the only way for kimbo to win, at least from what i can see, is a lucky punch.

On his feet Kimbo is going to get murdered by Mercer. If he takes it to the ground he may have a chance, but I haven't seen Kimbo do that so I expect a KO for Mercer.

As far as I know the Mercer Vs Slice fight is MMA rules fight in a cage, Mercer looked awful in the kickboxing I seen him in but against Slice who is a puncher it should be a different story cos if neither of thems grappled before they gonna stick to punching.
Mercer in his prime could hit hard whether he can still hit hard enough we'll have to wait and see.
I'm looking forward to seeing them battle the only thing I hate about boxers going into MMA is its always when theyre washed up so its not a true reflection of howd theyd do really.

Kimbo hasnt got much experience either in the grappling department so both men might look like big giant dopey apes when there rolling around on the floor.I expect it will be won and lost standing..
