Any American HW to challenge the eastern domination?

I have nothing against the new Eastern Europe champions. They come from a great school of boxing, really know how to box. Yet i would love to see USA raise again. I remember Mike Tyson, Hollyfied and the like. Lenox Lewis knocked America out the top and the Klits, Mascaev and other eastern europeans took over after him leaving America with nothing in HW. America need a new young Hollyfield or better yet, TYSON! He was the man! What a waste. Clearly talent can be worked, but i believe only struggling nations/grups can produce real HW talent. Comments please

There is as much talent as before in America, but it is not being developed properly. There are people like JD Chapman, Malik Scott and Chazz Witherspoon who have been overprotected. They are fighting clubfighters until they are 30, then it's too late to improve. Ty Fields is an example of someone who waited too long, and Tony Thompson is another. JD Chapman was better two years ago than he is now.

The Russian and Ukrainian fighters are fighting better people on their way up (like American prospects used to do years ago). Their opponents are solid veterans like Barrett, Bostice, Akinwande, Batchelder, with a few tomato cans in between. Chagaev fought decent journeymen like Calloway and Sprott between his 10th and 18th fights, and he kept improving because of it.

These guys are all very vulnerable guys. I just can't see them being champions for very long. Hopefully we will see some exciting match-ups.

Brock, Byrd, or Chambers might be able to win a title.

What do David Haye, Eddie Chambers and Alexander Povetkin have in common? They'll all be HW champs in two years time. We will still be having a discussion about a 'weak' HW division. At least we'll have a little excitement with Haye and Povetkin though.

Nah Byrd is past it and Brock is only decent. Perhaps Chambers can win something but there's so many in the same bracket.

I like Travis Walker, guys got a ton of heart and shows true fighting spirit and has one of the most dangerous rights in the game, if the stamina issue clears up, he’ll become something.

Gotta give some credit to Arreola and kevin Johnson to, Arreola has great Jab and a great workrate for a man his weight. Johnsons good to but will always be shunned by the masses no matter how good he becomes because he's boring as ****, Jab/Jab/Jab/Jab ad nauseam.

The Americans are obviously at their lowest point ever right now. I mean if there was a decent American heavyweight, he'd be holding one of the four belts by now. I mean just look at who the champions are. Everybody who holds a belt is just waiting to be knocked off. No one knows anything about two of the champs, and the other two are knockout victims just waiting to get bombed again.
