How many world champs does USA have at the moment 7? the UK has 5, now thats pretty damn close to a country that has 5x bigger population than the U.S. Over time obviously the USA has had the better fighters but to be arrogant and say the UK doesn't produce **** is arrogant, fighters like Wilde, Driscoll, Welsh, Lennox Lewis, Ted Lewis, Buchanan, Turpin, Hamed, Hatton, Calzaghe, Benn, Watson, Eubank, Freddie Mills, Lloyd Honeyghan, Conteh, Winstone, McGuigan.... etc! not bad for a small country!

Lennox Lewis is a product of Canadian Boxing, not British.

He was trained in Canada, and spent his amateur career in Canada and fought for Canada at the Olympics.

Edwin Valero started his career and learned to fight in Venezuela. He became a champion when he moved to Japan. Does that make him a Japanese boxer?

He learned to fight in Canada. He fought for Canada in the Olympics. He won his biggest fights in America. He is not a true British fighter. British citizen, not a British fighter...

Lennox Lewis was born and raised in England until he was 10 or so. I can't see how that's not a case for him being a legitimate British man.
