Boxing is far more popular in the US, has a greater pool of potential talent to choose from considering it's population is nearly 6 times that of the UK. there is no excuse for it NOT to be the USA. Although, Hatton and Calzaghe would own any American in their respective divisions.

Is it any wonder that the only divisions British fighters dominate are 140 and 168, two of the worst weight classes in the entire sport. When Hatton moved up to a deep weight class, we saw what happened...
