    In terms of per-capita It's the UK. When you consider the huge size difference and the champions the UK has produced, it has to be the UK.

                Id say theres a similar amount of professional boxers in the US and the UK, and the US has far better fighters. Just because theres alot of people, doesnt mean they all box. They play football, basketball and baseball.
